Mr. Bernstein is licensed to practice law in both the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania for over 25 years. Mark has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School – Camden.

He understands that the judicial process can be time-consuming, complicated, and often frustrating. Mark is an aggressive and relentless litigator. Mr. Bernstein has personally handled over 15,000 Municipal Court and Superior Court cases and has over 25 years of experience. He never backs down!

Mr. DiBenedetto is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

He is a tireless advocate for his clients. No stone is ever left unturned. Along with Mr. Bernstein, he fights for the rights of his clients, whether that involves defending them in municipal and superior court against criminal charges, collecting funds that are owed to them, or suing another party for the wrongs they imposed upon his clients.
